Only until 25 May 2012 designers, agencies or design offices have the chance to participate with their creative works at the “red dod award: communication design 2012”. "Maitember" at the red dot design museum
Summer months have their own name in Essen: "Maitember". When the days start to get longer and the air gets warmer, the city invites to its many cultural- and recreational programmes. During the latecomers' phase designers, agencies or design offices still have the chance to register by 25 May 2012 and hand in their works for the renowned “red dot award: communication design”, to face up to an independent, international jury of experts. red dot award: design concept winner’s interview series
Young and aspiring designer Park Jeil won the red dot: best of the best for his concept “Flowall”. The “Flowall” is a lighting system that aims to forge connections with the user in physical and phenomenological terms.
