Besides telephone and Internet services, the formerly state-owned Dutch telephone provider KPN today also offers information and communication technologies. For KPN Technical Services the new company values, uniform rules and guidelines for dealing with customers had to be communicated. The solution is an original personal planner for the employees, in which colleagues give advice to each other regarding these guidelines. This advice is scattered as quotes over the pages of the planner. With ample space for private notes, this solid book is to be used also outside the office.
