The Gmund retail concept had the function to promote high-quality paper products and to produce a recognisable brand image. This challenge was solved with a noble lounge concept matching with the interior design, which highlighted the distinctiveness of the papers. By a reduced architecture made out of dark wood, the papers’ character was emphasised. In the shop only products are sold that are developed and produced for “Gmund Paper and Print” such as handmade paper, pads and notebooks as well as greeting cards. Shops all over the world will be established soon.
