red dot award: communication design 2008

Branch Out Clothing is a start-up enterprise from the USA founded with high ideals which produces and sells valuable and particularly soft T-shirts. Half of the gains are donated to charitable organisations such as Oxfam. The corporate design refers to Africa with the logo consisting of an African tree that branches out from the writing. An additionally designed label on all products further increases brand recognition. The idea of charity is communicated directly but not intrusively. Every piece of clothing receives its own code by which the consumer is able to identify on the website to which project the money goes.
