On “blehmuzik” austere Swiss interpret the wild music from the Balkans. The purchase of the CD offers more than the free download. The design concept plays with the opposites within the music: calmness and vitality, intimacy and buoyancy, melancholy and happiness. The CD does not need a booklet, pictures or descriptions. The visualisation of the music is accomplished with minimal effort. The name of the band has been cut out of the lid, offering a glimpse of the disc, exploding in wild colourful patterns. By purchasing the CD, the buyer not only acquires a collection of music but an object of aesthetic value in its own right.
