The 3-mm slim XEL-1 model is a digital TV with an organic electro-luminescent display panel (OLED). By integrating the tuner, the loudspeakers and other necessary components in the stand, it was possible to minimise the size of the display panel. The lightness of the design is continued in the arm supporting the display, which is located on the right side and creates the impression that the screen is floating in mid-air. The main components of the device have a glossy black colour, while the reflective chrome plating of the arm diminishes its presence so that it blends into its surroundings. The innovative OLED technology offers high brightness and a high contrast ratio. In addition, the picture quality is no longer dependent on the viewing angle, so that the user can look at the display from any position.
