Like the other Opel Astra models, the design of the Opel Astra GTC is a harmonious blend of powerful dynamics and strong emotions. This potency has been adapted and continued with this model in a most consistent manner. Apart from the hood and front fenders, all body parts have been newly designed; a special highlight is the realisation of a front windscreen extending beyond the actual screen position far into the front portion of the roof. This design feature is offered as an additional option. The result is a driving sensation like being in an aircraft cockpit. The Opel Astra GTC is not just another three-door version of a compact car series; rather it is an independent, self-contained and innovative model version.
