Based on its predecessor and now in the sixth Golf generation, this new model is unmistakably a typical Golf. The three key design concepts – quality, precision and value – are reflected in the clear and balanced design language. The Golf’s characteristically long roof, its steep hatch and powerful C-pillar find new expression in the precise combination of forms and lines, as well as in the accentuation of horizontal elements at the front end. As with the first Golf, the now sporty-looking radiator grille and the elegantly shaped headlights form a horizontal unit. In the interior, delicately designed surfaces and details, such as chrome elements and decorative strips on the dashboard and the door lining, create a high-quality ambience.
