Wireless Temperature Monitoring and Location Tracking System

The Cadi SmartSense is a new series of medical devices enabling hospital staff to continuously monitor the temperature and track the location of a patient. The wireless system consists of a tagging station, a receiver, a sensor and a tag. Together, they continuously measure, transmit and record patients’ data. The use of the system gives hospital staff more time for their patients, and in the phase immediately after an operation in particular it allows a precise monitoring of the body temperature without interrupting the patient’s sleep. The operation of the system was developed for hospital use and is both simple and efficient. The design communicates the functional and medical aspects and also has an aesthetic look.
