The I-Temp (MC-670) is a digital thermometer whose design is based on the concept of “mother’s love”. The slim, tapering form is a perfect fit for any hand and is supposed to embody a mother’s warmth as well as the reliability of medical professionals. The large, flat shape of the probe was designed in such a way that it can be held comfortably in the armpit. A large LCD display allows easy reading of the temperature and is therefore particularly suitable for small children who cannot sit still, as well as for elderly people who find it difficult to read small figures. The user-friendly device represents an ergonomic improvement on the original shape of a thermometer and also meets high user expectations with respect to modern aesthetics.
