The Air-Flow Master is an innovative prophylaxis unit for the dental practice which allows thorough cleaning of deep periodontal pockets with powder jets. The kinetic energy of the jet stream consisting of a mixture of powder, air and water effectively removes the bio-film down to the bottom of the tooth pocket and lastingly reduces bacterial density. It also firms the gum tissue and reduces pocket depth. With the Air-Flow Master, touch-panel technology has now also found its way into the dental field. By slightly touching or brushing over the control fields the user can regulate the desired functions, whereby the active function lights up in fluorescent blue. Using these sensors makes it possible to produce an absolutely smooth and completely closed housing. The uncompromisingly clear design allows the device to be cleaned easily and hygienically, thus guaranteeing highest hygienic standards in the dental practice.
