The SSAS Master is the control unit for a new integrated automation system developed for large vessels such as LNGC and container ships. The innovative design allows the automation system to be operated in a flexible manner by simply replacing or adding internal input/output cards and to be expanded easily anytime. Most of the terminal blocks and cable connectors are located on the left side for intuitive operation by the user. LED indicators on the front help enhance the system’s usability. Thus, if a problem occurs in the system, the defect becomes visible instantly and can be quickly identified by the user. The SSAS Master uses high-performance software, which due to its efficiency and reliability reduces malfunctions as well as maintenance. Thus the clients’ competitiveness can be increased considerably.
