The TE 40-AVR combihammer is a high-performance power tool with SDS-plus attachment connections. Application areas of this combihammer include hammer drilling in concrete, masonry and natural stone, sinking sockets as well as light chisel work. A perfectly balanced design in conjunction with the ergonomic D-grip guarantees the user a high degree of comfort and makes the tool less tiring to work with over longer periods of use. The AVR active vibration reduction technology, based on a decoupling system in the housing, lessens the demands made upon the user’s hands and arms. The various characteristics of the consequentially realised design classify the TE 40-AVR as a combihammer within the Hilti range of products. High torque ensures good drilling progress in both wood and steel. The ability to quickly change tools underlines the diversity of applications for which this power tool may be used. Electronic theft protection prevents unauthorised use.
