The Femto opto-bonder is a device for positioning and attaching small opto-electronic components on printed circuit boards. Its development is the technical realisation of a highly exact and fully automated system for component-positioning within a compact device structure, and its design has taken the step from individual machine to integrated workspace. Despite offering a wide range of possible component options, it has still been possible to integrate the graphic user interface into the device structure as a fixed component.
