The contemporary design of this Cruising Bike 2009 was realised through hydro-forming, a process used in automobile manufacturing during which an emulsion of hot water and oil is injected into an aluminium tube at high pressure, causing the tube to expand until it matches the mould. The resulting frames are lighter and more durable than conventional frames, thereby gaining their specific design. Brake and shifter cables are mainly routed inside the frame to ensure they do not get in the way, and the welding seams are practically invisible thanks to the smooth welding process.
