At 675 grammes, the Procraft mountain bike rigid fork weighs only about half as much as a light cross-country suspension fork. By using high modulus carbon fibre and nano matrix in the fork’s manufacture it was possible to increase its strength and stability by 20 per cent compared with conventional carbon fibre. The Procraft rigid fork allows for precise steering and does not cause any geometry change when switching from suspension to rigid fork. It has the same fitting dimensions as an 80-mm XC suspension fork and is DIN Plus tested.
