The design of this luminaire is based on intensive fundamental research and new manufacturing methods. In the course of development time, the expressive form of these lamps has formed and it now breaks with the traditional notion of a bulb. The illuminants are not manufactured mechanically but are hand-blown by professional glassblowers who specialise in light bulbs. Each bulb is a unique piece. By adapting a thick filament, the lamp lasts longer, generates a characteristic warm light and has high shock resistance.
