The design of the HLM floor luminaire ischaracterised by clear-cut lines and minimised dimensions. The result is an unobtrusive, reduced appearance. The entirely lit luminaire head creates soft light gradients producing no shades on walls and furniture. A highly efficient light technology with an efficiency ratio of 76 per cent has been developed based on an inlaying, high-polish perforated aluminium reflector for the adjustment of the luminance and direct light emission. It meets all requirements for VDT illumination. The luminaire head is arranged asymmetrically to the base pole, which is made of an extruded square aluminium profile with anodised surface and all-side notches to be used as screw-in channel and to streamline the optics. The design of the luminaire base plate made of black steel sheet features a recess for optimum placement at the table-leg. The HLM floor luminaire is available in two versions – with or without sensor technology.
