The body of the bathtub Free by Babel is made of translucent sanitary acrylic. Incoming light gives the material an opaque shimmer, reminiscent of moonlight. The bath does not need any support and therefore appears in a floating lightness. The bath with the measurements 1900 x 900 x 440 mm is positioned on a pedestal of fine wood and is framed by four pillars also made of wood; combined this produces an interesting contrast to the sanitary acrylic.
