Eva Trio Kite
Chopping Board

red dot
red dot award: product design 2008

The Eva Trio Kite chopping board is made of oiled oak. Its wood grain slopes downward along the cutting surface of the board thus collecting the whole meat juice at the bottom of the slope. At the same time, a pointed angle ensures that all the juice flows from the board into the bowl or pot. In addition, the board has raised edges on both sides so the chopped food stays on the board. The form of Kite reminds of a beautiful kite hovering elegantly in the air. The name Kite emphasises this impression.
