The eva trio Orca knife series was developed in co-operation with famous chefs. The knives have a functional design with simple lines and a flowing transition from handle to blade. The user can hold them differently, for example by guiding the knife with the fingertips. The cross section of the handle is widest close to the blade, because the user holds this part firmly when using the knife. The handle gets narrower towards the bottom, where it is only supported by the fingers. Thanks to its innovative soft form the handle is easy to hold in any position, thus allowing safe slicing, cutting and chopping. In addition, the form of the handle gives the fingers more space when cutting. The individual knives of the series are marked with a symbol at the bottom so that they can be recognised in the block.
