Black Diamond Armchair

With its multi-angled surfaces intersecting in three dimensions the form of the Black Diamond armchair embodies a dynamic sculpture. The general shape of the seating furniture seems to be torn out of a larger mass – whereas several side-by-side armchairs produce different formal perceptions. The user plays an active role in this change of form and style of usage. When the armchair is rotated at its outer edges the three surfaces in the centre create two different seating positions, an upright and an inclined one.
