The two-piece mailing was aimed to acquire customers. To arouse interest, first a high-quality package was created and filled with home-made cookies at Christmas tide. The card enclosed entitled “Anticipation” was printed with Christmas greetings and the announcement of a reunion in the next year. The second package named “Joy” which was optically identical followed mid-January. This time there was a small book visualising the characteristics and values that are close to designer’s hearts.
