Visitors from outer space – Spacewalkers in the red dot design museum

Very special guests can currently be observed on the roof of a boiler in the red dot design museum: “Spacewalkers” by Dark NV bathe the impressive industrial architecture in mysterious red and green light. While some of the glowing creatures with their oversized heads are standing on the roof of the boiler, others are hanging from the ceiling as if weightless, thus creating a truly “extraterrestrial” atmosphere. The scenario is the largest collection of “Spacewalker” lamps worldwide and is a new attraction that fascinates visitors. 

The original lamps by the Belgian manufacturer combine geometric elements with organic forms and look like friendly visitors from outer space, which can be used in- as well as outdoors. The standard version is made of transparent white plastic and with red, green and blue colour filters the lamps also offer atmospheric, changing light scenarios.
