Alexey Fadeyev studied geodesy and cartography at Moscow State University. He began his creative career as photographer in 1990 and, ever since, has been presenting his works at many exhibitions. Since 1994 he has been working in advertising. He first worked as designer for the C-Pro Production Advertising Agency and then, in 1998, became co-founder and creative director of the Depot WPF Brand&Identity agency, which specialises in branding. Fadeyev is one of the most respected and competent art directors in Russian advertising and has been awarded already numerous prizes, including the National Prize for Best Creative Director from the Russian Academy of Advertising in 2003. Among his clients are internationally renowned companies such as Total, Nestlé, Unilever, Gallina Blanca, ELF, Myllyn and Paras Oy.
