The best of the year of the creative industry have been chosen!

The results of the Red Dot Award: Communication Design 2015 are now available. The international Red Dot jury has chosen the best entries of the year from a total of 7.451 submissions.

Registration period starts at the end of October

Innovations wanted: On 26 October, the registration period of the Red Dot Award: Product Design will begin. With the help of the jury of experts, the international competition appraises the best products of the year.

China Good Design

Communication Salon successfully held in the Embassy of Federal Republic of Germany in Beijing

On the occasion of the start of China Good Design, 104 top-class guests of the Chinese design and economic scene visited the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Beijing. The first “Communication Salon” was held under the motto “Good design for China” by Prof. Dr. Peter Zec, founder and CEO of Red Dot.

Still until 23 August 2015, the Red Dot Design Museum and the Ruhr Museum in Essen, Germany, are presenting the exhibition “Enduring, not ultimate form” under the patronage of the President of the German Bundestag, Prof. Dr. Norbert Lammert. On display, among other exhibits, is the design classic Mercedes-Benz 300 SL.
