Gerald Kiska
Gerald Kiska studied at the University of Design in Linz, Austria, and then worked for several companies in the field of design in Austria as well as abroad. 1984-85: Interform Design, Wolfsburg. 1985-86: Form Orange, Austria. 1986: Agentur Idea, Stuttgart; Porsche Design, Zell am See.
In 1991, he founded his own design company in Anif, Salzburg, which today has more than 80 employees from 12 nations. Kiska became known through his work for the motorcycle manufacturer KTM, for which he created not only its orange signature colour, but where as head of design and development he is also in charge of all KTM vehicles.
Teaching experience: guest lecturer at the University of Design, Offenbach, from 1994 to 1995; founder and lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences for Industrial Design in Graz, Austria, from 1995 to 2002; guest lecturer at the University of Design in Linz, Austria, until 2003.
