Party with the creative elite at the Designers' Night
Every event needs its brilliant final moment – especially at red dot. More than 1,200 guests gather on 2 July in the red dot design museum in Essen, Germany, to celebrate the laureates of the “red dot award: product design”. The Designers’ Night traditionally takes place in the fascinating ambience of the old Kesselhaus of World Cultural Heritage Zeche Zollverein, which was artistically rebuilt by star architect Lord Norman Foster in the late 1990’s. It is the place where the elite of the creative scene and decision-makers from economy, politics and the media meet.
This lavish party is not solely meant for networking, though. DJ Fishy’s driving music, freshly prepared fine food and drinks guarantee a merry atmosphere until the wee hours. The Designers’ Night is among the places with the highest depth of top stars from the design scene worldwide. Only here you get the opportunity to clink glasses with the Who’s Who of the best product designers, marketing decision-makers and CCOs and discuss the latest trends in the industry.
At the same time, the Designers’ Night marks the opening of the special exhibition of the competition. “Design on stage – winners red dot award: product design 2012/2013” presents the winning works until 29 July 2012 – for the first time on two floors. Besides large-scale installations, visitors can experience award-winning design, arranged by categories, while a selection of iconic exhibits is placed on islands along the north-south-axis of the museum.
A limited amount of tickets for this exclusive event in a breath-taking ambience is still available for only 40 Euros (excl. VAT). The ticket includes all drinks, cocktails and full buffet.
