The public has a say, too: Invitation to the selection of the "caravaning design award: the public choice"

Everything a camping and caravaning enthusiast needs for holidays in wild nature can be found at the 51st CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF: From 25 August to 2 September 2012 the industry informs the public about the latest trends and product novelties.

Amongst the exhibitors are numerous companies that have competed successfully in the ”caravaning design award: innovations for new mobility 2012/2013”. In cooperation with red dot, Messe Düsseldorf holds the competition every two years. Anybody who wins over the jury with outstanding designs will be honoured with the prestigious distinction of the motorhome and caravaning industry.

In 2012 – for the first time – the public has a say, too. Via online-voting and with regard to design aesthetics, the public prize “caravaning design award: the public choice” will be awarded. Every product that was submitted in the categories “caravans” or “motorhomes and basic vehicles” can be selected.

From 16 July to 17 August 2012, product solutions that are to be awarded the publicprize can be voted on at www.caravaning-award.com. The distinction is a special recognition, because it gives exhibitors direct
feedback from their target group, which they can in turn communicate at the fair.

Among all participants of the online-voting, five Canon EOS 1100D 18-55IS II cameras and five coupons worth 500 € each from the catalogue “Meine Freiheit 2012” from Dometic Group are raffled off by Messe Düsseldorf.
