Experience 360° water sports - at the boot 2013 in Düsseldorf, Germany
When the maritime fair “boot 2013” opens its doors on 19 January 2013, the water sports season is not far away anymore. Until 27 January, the 44th Internationale Bootsausstellung Düsseldorf (international boat fair) presents trends and news from the world of boat and water sports. About 1,600 international exhibitors will introduce their latest products and invite visitors to discover 360° water sports.
On the world’s biggest yachting and water sports fair, everyone is welcome to try out and to participate: In 16 extensively designed theme worlds – from beach world to sailing center – visitors can have a look at sailing- and motor boats in all sizes, test new products, look over pros shoulders or take their first dive.
The maritime market is presented in 17 exhibition halls and provides premieres, news and future trends for sailors, motor boat mariners, canoe enthusiasts, surfers, angler, divers and everyone else, who spends time in, on or under water.
This year, about 1,700 boats berth on the area of the Messe Düsseldorf – from canoe to luxurious cruising yacht. Besides an extensive range of boat equipment, the fair also informs water sports enthusiasts about maritime travel and leisure or invites to a paddling trip on a 90 metres long river. Among the numerous exhibitors there are also red dot laureates like Korean manufacturer EGO Ltd. for example, who convinced the jury of the “red dot award: product design 2012” with its compact semi-submarine Ego SE.
