Mario Ruiz

Products of all types, large- and small-scale, are created in the Barcelona office of the designer Mario Ruiz. Office furniture, lighting systems, telephones, sofas, televisions, bookcases, bathtubs are all designed within a unique system, based on the co-existence of two offices in one: the Mario Ruiz office and the Costa Design office. This dual structure allows the company to allocate the commissions according to their industrial nature and to organise the activity of the different professionals who make up the team. Furniture projects and all those objects that involve design by a named designer are grouped under the brand name “Mario Ruiz”. The Costa Design office carries out those projects that are linked to the world of technology and have a substantial industrial component.
