Paul Flowers, born in London in 1972, graduated from the University of Northumbria (Newcastle) with a first class honours degree. During his diverse international career he has worked both in small, prestigious London design studios and in some of the largest organisations in the world, including FM (UK), IBM (UK), Electrolux (Italy) and Philips (Netherlands). In November 2005, he was appointed Vice President of Design for Grohe in Germany. The in-house Grohe Design Team has expanded to reflect the new emphasis the company has placed on design. With a completely new design and brand strategy the team is redefining the experience of water.
