Studio Aisslinger
Werner Aisslinger, born in 1964, studied design at the University of the Arts in Berlin from 1987 to 1991. In 1993, he founded Studio Aisslinger, which concentrates on product and brand architectures, as well as creative consulting, research and material- and technology-oriented projects. Since 1994, Werner Aisslinger has also been a guest lecturer at the University of the Arts in Berlin and at the Finnish Lahti Institute of Design. Furthermore, since 1998, he has been a professor of product design at the HfG Karlsruhe, Germany. Works by Werner Aisslinger are part of the permanent collections of museums such as the Pinakothek der Moderne in Munich, the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris, and the Museum of Modern Art and the Metropolitan Museum in New York.
