Gabor Palotai Design

Gabor Palotai was born in Budapest, Hungary, in 1956. Since 1981, he has been living and working in Stockholm, Sweden. He studied graphic design at the University of Art and Design in Budapest. After receiving his MA, he continued his studies at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts and at the Beckmans College of Design in Stockholm. In 1990, Gabor Palotai established his own graphic design studio, Gabor Palotai Design, which works on a broad range of design projects. Most of them feature in Gabor Palotai’s book “Maximizing the Audience” (2000). This book covers most of his works from 1985 to 2000, and includes a DVD, “The Animated Book”. Gabor Palotai also practices experimental photography, as seen in his book “AM MU NA HI” (2001). In 2002, he became a member of the Alliance Graphique Internationale (AGI).
