Bruce B. was founded in 2001 by Thomas Elser (born in 1955) and Thomas Waschke (born in 1966). Thomas Elser has worked as a creative director and general manager in large international as well as medium-sized agencies in the areas of text, concept and strategic planning. Thomas Waschke has spent a large part of his creative career in New York, Tokyo and London. The goal of this new start-up was to find a unique path between the classic advertising agency and the decidedly corporate design agency. Bruce B. sees communication design as a staging of identity and as the planned control of perception – yet above all: as a service.
