Piero Lissoni, born in 1956, founded Lissoni Associati in Milan together with Nicoletta Canesi in 1986. Its area of work includes architecture, interior design, product design as well as graphic design. For many years, Lissoni has been working as art director and designer for numerous renowned companies such as Boffi, Cappellini, Cassina, Living Divani, Matteograssi, Porro and Welonda designing showrooms, exhibitions, furniture and corporate images. His latest works include Boffi showrooms in New York, Los Angeles and Milan, as well as the corporate identity for the American fashion designer Elie Tahari. The interior design of luxury hotels such as the Monaco & Grand Canal (Venice), Al Porto (Lachen near Zurich) and the Bentley Design Hotel in Istanbul bear his mark as well as private villas and sailing yachts.
