Terence Conran, born in 1931, is working as a designer, restaurateur and publicist. He also became well known as the founder of the Habitat furnishing chain in 1964. No matter which field his projects come from – they always set new standards, like for example his restaurants in London, New York and Paris, the interior design of which have created new styles. The Conran Collection is an expression of his life-long philosophy and presents contemporary living environments at a high level of quality. He founded Conran & Partners in 1980, which today is one of his most creative centres. His work focuses on the fields of architecture, town planning and interior design.
