Seminar about the originality of originality
How is the value of a brand measured? How high can the quality of an imitation be? The seminar series by the company Parador together with the Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen is dedicated to these questions. The core issues to be dealt with are "The originality of imitation" and "Naturalness and artificiality". The Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen will conceive six seminars for Parador over the course of the next two years.
The first seminar dedicated to the subject "The originality of originality" will take place on March 18, 2004 in Coesfeld. Dr. Rainer Zimmermann, Vice President of the Gesamtverband Kommunikations-Agenturen e.V.; Gabriele Fischer, Editor-in-Chief brand Eins; Hannes Wettstein, co-founder and partner 9D Design; and the moderators Dr. René Spitz, Managing Director Rendel & Spitz GmbH and Ulrike Feierabend-Hoffmeier, Parador, will talk about originality, originators and origin of a brand in a podium discussion.
The two other seminars this year will take place on June 24 and on October 21, 2004. The subjects are "The originality of imitation" and "The imitation of imitation".
