Green, or Red Plus Dark Shades - Colors in Cologne.
Green continues to flourish as a trendy color. And another trend cannot be overlooked: the combination of dark shades of gray (fabrics, leather) or dark wood with red. However, besides all the warm shades of gray, the extremes - black and white - have returned to the hit list. These heroes of the eighties have definitely drawn attention to themselves. Alternatively, the designers decided in favor of cozy, natural shades of beige and brown.
This, too, had already been presented in Milan: the formal language of the eighties is reinterpreted through the use of strong, playful colors that are reminiscent of the seventies. Here, a lot of aluminum and glass can be seen in addition to colorful lacquers. The echo of far-eastern cultures in terms of design, material and selection of colors is also striking. And the bright classics - for example, orange - have to be mentioned, as well. The insight, therefore, is that the current palette of colors remains colorful, and a lot depends on who the buyer is.
