Today is Young Professionals Application Day – 50 registration places for upcoming designers

Only today, on 7 December 2016, the Young Professionals Application Day takes place. For 24 hours, trained designers who have graduated within the past five years have the chance to apply for one of a total of 50 free registration places. The Red Dot Award: Product Design thus gives an opportunity to those starting out on their career to prove their abilities and be compared directly against established designers and major brands from the industry.

In addition to registration for the Red Dot Award: Product Design 2017, the 50 new talents will be supported with free measures if they win an award: The sought-after winners’ benefits include use of the Red Dot label for the award-winning product, exhibition of the product in the Red Dot Design Museum Essen and in the online presentation. Furthermore, the winners will be introduced in the Red Dot Design Yearbook, the reference work for contemporary design, thus benefiting from the PR service that goes hand in hand with the award.
