Christian Werner

Industrial Design

Christian Werner, born in 1959 in Berlin, studied industrial design in Berlin and Hamburg. Since 1984 he has lived in Hamburg, where he was employed as a designer between 1987 and 1992. Since 1992 he has run his own studio for product and interior design. Alongside designs for large-scale mass production, interior architecture has gained great importance for the studio. Its range of services includes the design and planning of trade fair stands, showrooms, exhibitions, restaurants, stores and offices, advertising and media agencies in particular, as well as the editorial planning of photographs for client catalogues. Since 2006 Christian Werner has been a member of the executive board of the Designlabor Bremerhaven.
